Shipping and Delivery Policy

We hope you’ve had a wonderful shopping experience.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
1. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipments may be delayed at the time when we are experiencing a high volume of orders.
3. If due to any unforeseen reasons that any product(s) in a Transaction is not-in-stock, the whole order will be cancelled and refunded. New order is to be submitted for the in-stock product(s).
1. Flat rate shipping: West Malaysia RM8.00; East Malaysia RM12.00 (for the first 3 kg).
2. For every subsequent KG following the first 3 will be charged of a standard rate which subject to our delivery rate card based on the delivery address.
1. Deliveries are currently limited within Malaysia only.
2. If product is in-stock, delivery will be made within 2 to 5 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
4. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact the courier service within the stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up.
5. In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from Courier Company and item(s) / parcel is returned to Petani, we will cancel and refund the order. Customer will have to re-submit a fresh new order. Re-delivery request shall NOT be entertained.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
